- Abstract
The article discusses the Innovative Design Protection Act (IDPA), which was introduced in the U.S. Senate in September 2012. It states that the bill will give fashion designers a copyright protection if they meet certain standards of the bill. It mentions that this is a revised version of the Innovative Design Protection and Piracy Prevention Act (IDPPPA) which was introduced in August 2010. It adds that internet increases the volume of fashion design piracy and copying.
