- Abstract
The article discusses intentions based on hypotheses, artistic intentions and interpretation, and as positive alternative—moderate hypothetical intentionalism. The article also mentioned philosophers John Locke, Stephen Davies, and journalist Noël Carroll in discussing knowledge representationalism and perception and other topics of the article. Mutual adjustment of hypotheses, actual intentionalism, and the surplus problem are the topics discussed in the article.
