- Abstract
The article reports a study which was conducted to test the hypothesis that obsessive–compulsive personality disorder (OCPD) may be a marker of severity of obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD). The results revealed that there are no significant differences in the clinician-rated severity of OCD and levels of disability between OCD individuals with and without OCPD. This indicates that OCD with OCPD is not a marker of clinician-rated severity of OCD.
