- Title
OFFA's Demands Could Lead to Leading Universities Opting-Out of State Funding.
- Authors
Shackleton, J. R.
- Abstract
The article discusses the potential impacts of Great Britain Office of Fair Access' (OFFA) demands on universities. It says that the regulations include requiring universities to submit annual plans with expenditures, targets and milestones. It states that schools may decide on using independent state funding in which fees of 9, 000 pounds may be collected. It adds that the removal of fees cap on universities may support more practical pricing.
