- Abstract
The article reports a study which was conducted to find the effectiveness of post isometric relaxation technique on pain intensity, functional, disability, cervical range of motion in patients with myofascial pain of upper trapezius (MPS) and to compare it with ischemic compression. The results show that that both the treatment methods, ischemic compression and post isometric relaxation are effective in reducing pain, functional disability and improving cervical range of motion.
