- Abstract
This article examines the statistical relationship between the incidence of crime, the perception of security, the cost of crime and the birth, death and life expectancy of micro-enterprises. The Pearson correlation analysis and the z and t tests for two samples were used as statistical methods. It was found that there is a statistically significant relationship between one of the dimensions associated with the perception of security and the life expectancy in businesses of 6 to 10 employees, as well as between the crime of extortion and the life expectancy of businesses from 11 to 15 employees.
