- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 60-year-old female patient with a history of invasive micropapillary carcinoma.Pleural diffuse effusion was detected in the right lower lobe's anterior and posterior segments of the patient's hemithorax. The pelural biopsy revealed the consistency of the pathological features with metastatic breast carcinoma. The patient received intrapleural heated cisplatin mitomycin chemotherapy following pleurectomy.
