- Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify if the governmental policies are neutral. This is based on the fact that it is a possibility that policies can not have any effect on the economy. The investigation results based on Romanian case does not sustain the neutrality of governmental policies. This is important for further investigation concerning the policies effects on the economy.
