- Abstract
In the article, the authors present their study to identify the challenges in the in situ biochemical characterization of Venus cloud particles using a life-signature detection microscope and how to address them. Topics include the issues in the fluorescence imaging of said particles due to their sulfuric composition and corrosive effects, and the use of fluorescence microscope to determine the particles' density, morphology, and biochemical characteristics.
