- Abstract
The article discusses the bankruptcy opinions issued by the U.S Supreme Court and courts within the U.S Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit on topics of ghostwriting, defalcation and the United States Bankruptcy Code. Court cases discussed include Torrens v. Hood dealing with the issue of first impression, Piazza v. Nueterra Healthcare Physical Therapy, LLC involving bad faith law, and Kulakowski v. Walton dealing with bankruptcy under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code.
