The article focuses on the decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. regarding free exercise rights related to the use of contraception. It focuses on the current law with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) contraceptive mandate portion of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). It also mentions that popular criticisms and potential ramifications of the Hobby Lobby decision.
