- Abstract
The article discusses the role of transnational regulatory networks in preventing and responding the financial crisis in the U.S. It examines the root causes of the financial crisis as well as the measures undertaken by financial regulators to resolve such matters. However, it argues the need for financial regulators and institutions to adopt formal charter with balance representation to effectively deal and alleviate financial crisis.
