- Authors
Allen, Austin
- Abstract
The article discusses on the Jacksonian Law and the unclear justice of John Catron. It states that two factors excused the negligence of Justice Catron which includes inclining to be focused on law cases that are common specifically disputes of property and he addressed cases in the court that requires complicated technological matters that seldom attract the interest of the public. It mentions that Catron turned an outstanding figure in the Tennessee politics in 1820 to 1830's and his vision of the power of the government in cases of the public laws was proven to be not moral.
