- Abstract
The article focuses on the reconciliation of the International Shoe Minimum Contacts Test with the Anticybersquating Consumer Protection Act (ACPA). It explores the historical background of Internet law and personal jurisdiction and provides a detailed explanation of the structure and function of the Internet. It analyzes the shortcomings and benefits of the existing slate of judicial interpretations of the ACPA. The author concludes that the solution possesses the necessary degree of flexibility to accommodate future jurisdictional issues while preserving the stability and predictability of the present jurisdictional framework.
