The article presents the case history of a 44-year old female with a diffuse dermatitis on her trunk and upper arms for approximately three months. The lesions are slightly pruritic but otherwise asymptomatic. She is worried because most lesions started out like an acne "zit" but then did not resolve for a long time. Steroid acne is not characterized by a classic erythematous papule.
