- Title
MEDIATING PARENTAL RELOCATION CASES BEHIND A VEIL OF IGNORANCE.
- Authors
Morrow, Rebecca N.
- Abstract
An essay on evolution, purpose and significance of a veil of ignorance, is presented. It mentions that the veil of ignorance is a new model of mediation developed by philosopher John Rawls, to assist parents in relocation cases and their parenting plans. It informs that the U.S. Courts have held that every citizen has the right to relocate and establish residence in a state of his choice under the constitutional law of the U.S.
