- Abstract
The article discusses the court case, People of the State of Michigan v. Nathaniel Abraham, and presents the sentencing opinion written by Judge Eugene A. Moore of the Oakland County Probate Court. Abraham is an 11-year-old boy who was tried and convicted as an adult for the second degree murder of 18-year-old Ronnie Green in the city of Pontiac in Oakland City, Michigan on October 29, 1997. He was sentenced as a juvenile with incarceration in a juvenile facility until he turns 21-years old.
