- Abstract
The article presents a study on sperm competition in Drosophila nasuta nasuta and Drosophila nasuta albomicans due to the availability of appropriate markers in two Drosophila species. It mentions that the experimental stocks were developed and maintained on standard wheat cream agar medium under uniform conditions of population density and resource availability. The study deployed paired-sample t-test and two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) to assess difference in sperm competition pattern.
