- Abstract
The article discusses the concept of optimal cooling systems for coastal plants in economic and environmental factors for constant quality. It cites the economic-environmental approach for cooling system conducted in the Persian Gulf to remove heat from equipment and processors between the ambient air and the warm outlet media for once-through cooling systems and recirculating cooling systems. In addition, cooling towers supplied mechanical draft and natural draft used for capacities at the top of the seawater cooling towers.
