- Abstract
The article discusses the developments in federal civil procedure law which has been adapted by lawyers in the U.S. It says that the amendments to the Federal Rules of Evidence has been effective on December 1, 2011 which were drafted by the Federal Judicial Conference Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure. It mentions a lawsuit filed by a person named Harold Huffman against Union Pacific Railroad, which allegedly failed to train him to perform his job.
