- Abstract
The article presents an analysis on the "2013 Annual Review of Government Contracting," a collaboration between the professional society National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and online subscription-based service Bloomberg Government. It outlines the main categories that have eaten up the budget of the U.S. government including the discretionary spending and net interest. The ways on how contracting professionals can cope up with the issue of sequestration are also mentioned.
