- Abstract
The article offers information on the U.S. Supreme Court case Johnson v. United States. Topics include significance for prisoners who have already been sentenced under Armed Career Criminal Act's (ACCA) residual clause to find the decision retroactive, penalties on defendants who are convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm and decreasing mandatory minimum sentence for defendants, and obtaining permission from three-judge panel on the court of appeals.
