The article offers information on the identification of giving professional plaintiffs with private enforcement action. It states that the professional plaintiffs are referred as greedy jackals who are concerned for the corporate well-being, and who continue to populate the territory of civil litigation. Moreover, it mentions that professional plaintiffs can also be presented as private attorneys general who collect their experience to be able to stream of litigation.
