- Abstract
The article focuses on the orc mythologhical characters used by J. R. R. Tolkien on his fiction literary works. It highlights the books, where Tolkien applied these characters including "The Hobbit," "The Lord of the Rings," and "The Simarillion." Meanwhile, these bizarre fictive characters are noted for their antagonistic acts in Tolkien's stories. Moreover, the origin of these evil characters, is also mentioned.
