- Abstract
The article offers a study on the multiphoton dissociation (MPD) of chloromethyltrifluorosilane molecules stimulated by pulsed carbon dioxide laser radiation. Results showed that chloromethyltrifluorosilane molecules, which are highlighted in the study, are presumptively not favorable on the bases of employing MPD to laser isotope separation due to secondary reactions brought by the high responsiveness of singlet methylene. Background of the study is provided.
