- Abstract
Nonspecific mesenteric lymphadenitis is a disease that occurs more frequently than most physicians know. Thirty patients were managed as an outpatient using simple side lab investigation 'WBC' CRP' urine analysis and ultrasonic examination of abdomen beside careful history and clinical examination. Most of them were diagnosed with nonspecific lymphadenitis. In conclusion, almost all patients were diagnosed and treated simple y by hydration with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug broad-spectrum antibiotic (if the patient complains of fever).
