- Abstract
The article discusses the research regarding the impact of Phytic Acid and Calcium (Ca) on ex vivo intestinal assimilation of Cadmium (Cd). It presents the direct proportional effect of Cd and phytic acid absorption on the Cd channel throughout intestinal wall. It states that the shaping of indissoluble complexes affecting phytic acid and Ca with Cd coprecipitated on these complexes.
