- Authors
Stearman, G.; Wells, M.
- Abstract
The article presents a study which examines standard enzyme immunoassay analysis (EIA) microtiter plate response to atrazine and metolachlor in various organic solvents with humic acids dilutions. The study used EIA plate kits purchased from Immunosystems Inc. and Millipore Corp., humic acid from Aldrich Chemical Co., and statistical analysis system (SAS). Results show that solutions with less than 3.5% acetonitrile had no effect on the atrazine standasrd curves.
