- Abstract
In order to solve the problem of too long mouth of bag for edible fungus culture material,which is not suitable for cultivation, a hot-melting cutting device which is assembled on automatic bagging machine was developed. The cutting device converts the continuous rotation of crank wheel to orthogonal reciprocating motion of the cutter group with unilateral stop. Firstly,the design process of cam-linkage mechanism for unilateral stop motion of X direction was described,an arc-transition curve-arc shape was used to construct the pitch curve of grooved cam which is the main component of the cutting device.A cubic B-spline curve algorithm which satisfies the boundary conditions,movement laws and constraints was presented to design the transition curve so that the two arcs could be connected smoothly. Secondly,the shape,slope angle and piecewise character of roller track board which is the main component of controlling Y direction were designed. Finally,the main design parameters of the device were given,and the motion simulation and the prototype tests were carried out. The results show that the device can be easily adjusted and move smoothly. The device meets the technical requirements of high temperature resistant plastic bag mouth fusing and cutting in practical operation. The cutting efficiency is kept at 1 000~1 200 bags/hour.
