- Abstract
The article discusses the action plan of the British government which is aimed at reducing social exclusion. The scheme includes provision of support and a disciplined framework to families at the earliest opportunity. In connection, new efforts are to be made to promote multi agency cooperation, liberate professionals and exercise creative thinking. Topping the list of priorities are people with mental health problems, followed by those with learning disabilities.
