- Abstract
The article examines solutions to problems regarding the concepts, rules and common pools in understanding the human and environmental relations. Conservation of local stocks of fish and regulation of emissions of green house gasses were among the issues discussed to illustrate the scope of domain. The excludability and rivalness factors regarding the use of major types of goods and services were taken into account. Brief description and information regarding the structure of property rights is further presented.
