- Abstract
The article presents research that compares the spatiotemporal distribution patterns of lesions in secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (SPMS) and relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) to track the development of lesion during disease progression. The study reveals the clusters of MS lesions in centrum semiovale and around lateral ventricles. It suggests specific neurodegeneration vulnerability during the progression of the disease in various white matter (WM) tracts.
