- Abstract
The article discusses the failures of international governance and the role of global public goods (GPGs) and their impact on economic development as of September 2012. A comparison is provided of GPGs and national public goods. According to the article, private goods are those that can be made excludable and allow for the attachment of property rights, while public goods are non-excludable.
