The article offers information on the Rule 40 of the Supreme Court of the State of Tennessee, the depicts the guidelines for guardians ad litem for neglect, abuse and dependency proceedings of the Juvenile Court. It mentions that the Section 4 and 8 depicts the tasks of a guardian ad litem and litigants for the guardian ad litem. It mentions that the ad litem, is a lawyer appointed by the court to advocate for the interests of a child and to ensure that the concerns and preferences are advocated.
