The article describes a case of rib hemangioma presenting as an asymptomatic mass in a 55-year-old female patient presented with chronic malaise, weight loss and anemia. A lower gastrointestinal endoscopy was performed on the patient and revealed bleeding internal hemorrhoids. A mass in the central segment of her ninth left rib was shown in her high-resolution computed tomography (CT) scan. Information on rib hemangiomas is also provided.
