The article highlights constitutionally relevant aspects of the COVID-19 pandemic in Netherlands and, in addition, provides an overview of other significant constitutional developments. It mentions measures limited a wide range of fundamental rights protected by the Dutch Constitution, ranging from the freedom of education (Article 23) to the freedom of religion (Article 6). It also mentions Public Health Act with a largely decentralised approach.
