- Abstract
The article profiles Chilean author Roberto Bolaño. It highlights the Bolaño's idea of poetry which imbues radicalism as he mocks Roman poet Horace in one of his published column at a local newspaper "Diari de Girona", and notes Bolaño's personal and professional background including the establishment of infrarrealistas with members which consisting of anarchist poets. Also mentioned are some of the literary works of Bolaño including his novel "Los detectives salvajes."
