- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 71-year-old man who was diagnosed with pituitary insufficiency. The patient was diagnosed with unrupted right giant internal carotid artery (ICA) aneurysm through magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The patient refused to undergo aneurysmal stent for treatment and was discharged together with recommendations. It also considered pituitary adenomas as the common cause of pituitary insufficiency.
