- Abstract
The article focuses on the issues related to the violation of first amendment protection against compelled speech in the U.S. It also focuses on different standards of constitutional review for the First Amendment violations and also discusses its probation conditions. explain how Ohio's special license plate violates the First Amendment as the license plate is a legislative requirement that infringes upon free speech and eliminates judicial sentencing discretion. It concludes that the other means should replace the special license plate as a probation condition for drink and drive cases.
