- Abstract
The article uses executive order "Two for One Order" made by the U.S. President Donald Trump to explore the specific congressional bounds set forth in the interpretation mandate of the National Environmental Policy Act. It concludes that the order is not consistent with applicable law and that the legality of the executive order should be questioned. It also mentions about the judicial implementation of the act.
