- Abstract
The article discusses regulatory policies disregarded by the commercial banking and Wall Street financial services industry ((BFSI) to manipulate consumers, regulatory agencies and its members, as pawns to serve its greed. Topics discussed include history of the U.S. government's use of homeownership, homeownership policy influenced by BFSI and BFSI's role in creation of a self regulatory industry that abused consumers and affected the economic stability of the nation.
