- Abstract
The article discusses the settlement and litigation of the claims pertaining to minor's personal injury in North Carolina. It presents information on several cases in which the case law in North Carolina relating to minor's interest, and reflects the procedural issues of conflicts of interest. It depicts that minor's claims and settlement are complex issues for the practitioner and for the courts, and suggests that North Carolina State Bar rulings should provide guidance on these issues.
