- Abstract
The article focuses on the art disputes of the Nazi era and exposes the connections of international law arguments for surrendering the looted artworks from the U.S. museums. It further discusses the legal problems and the moral obligations related to these artworks. It then discusses the impact of Terezin declaration for settling the title disputes. It also focuses on Nazi spoliation and implementation on international agreements in European continents.
