- Abstract
The article provides brief overview of artificial intelligence technology, its societal implications, and use emerging uses in hiring in the U.S. It informs on Title VII disparate impact arising from the use of artificial intelligence in hiring; balancing the use of artificial intelligence technology with human intuition; and Ricci v. DeStefano court case addressing the same.
