The article examines evolution of nonparty fault apportionment in Arkansas. Topics discussed include Johnson v. Rockwell Automation wherein the Arkansas Supreme Court affirmed the change in substantive law, the Arkansas Comparative Fault Act where a defendant may not seek contribution from a nonparty and liability in case of missing or insolvent nonparty. Other topics include ProAssurance Indemnity Co. v. Metheny court case in which Dr. Badih Adada operated worng side of Cody Metheny's brain.
