The article provides a summary of several American government contract law-related judgments which were issued by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in 2014, including litigation matters involving bid protests, legal damages, and a bad faith legal principle. Oil and gas cases are mentioned, along with contract formation and interpretation. Cost reimbursement claims and disputes over spent nuclear fuel are examined, as well as legal standards in America.
