- Abstract
Media access to courtrooms is not a new issue for the judiciary. This Article discusses the early views of print and broadcast media access to courtrooms and examines how judges are applying those views to the modern use of smartphones and small computer devices. Through an examination of case law and court rules, the author highlights today's arguments against and in favor of allowing technological devices into the courtroom.
