- Authors
Besen, Stanley M.; Krattenmaker, Thomas G.
- Abstract
The article focuses on the analysis made by the Network Inquiry Special Staff of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC), to address the claims that commercial television broadcast networks, American Broadcasting Co. (ABC), CBS Broadcasting Inc. (CBS), and National Broadcasting Co. Inc. (NBC), have dominated the television industry. It concludes that FCC need to follow policies that would remove regulatory barriers to the formation of competing networks.
