- Abstract
The article explores theoretical advances, which show dielectric response improvement in nanocapacitor structures to lead advanced electronics with memory density increase. The size reduction and speed increase of nanocapacitors, which are the largest elements in integrated circuits, are important steps in the advancement of electronics. Ferroelectric nanocapacitors have the permanet retention power of static random access memory and can be carried more densely than dynamic random access memory.
