- Abstract
The article addresses the research question of whether trade liberalization leads to a more favourable labour migration policies for migrants in Germany and Canada. The article defines favorable migration as an efficient management of cross border migration and permanent settlement of non-resident migrants. According to the article, the principle of shared responsibility in bilateral labor agreement leads to the favorable migration result while multilateral agreements achieved the opposite.
